چکیده
Solanum nigrum L. is an annual undomesticated berry plant of Solanaceae. The fruits S. are tiny, but there about 25 seeds in a single fruit. total number produced one can reach more than 3 000. height 30 - 40 cm, and the whole growth cycle two months when was cultivated light incubator laboratory. Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation has been established nigrum. So characteristics model plants. AcMYB110, R2R3-MYB transcription factor from kiwi (Actinidia spp.), transformed into mediated by A. tumefaciens. results indicated that petals 35S:AcMYB110 plants pink compared with white wild-type plants, content anthocyanins significantly increased pericarp young fruit to its maturity, especially central part flesh. showed ectopic expression AcMYB110 consistent kiwi. This suggests plays conserved role regulating synthesis be potentially applied for improvement horticulture breeding.
